New Trailer for “War Horse” Wows from Start to Finish

When Stephen Spielberg and John Williams are at the helm of any movie, you know you’re in for something special. Such is the case with “War Horse,” which sold me in the first twenty seconds of this new trailer — a dramatic sequence that follows the titular horse galloping and leaping through war-torn fields amidst flying bullets and falling bombs. From there the edits continue to wow with gorgeous cinematography and rich period cinema, put together with a deeply moving score from John Williams. All in all, it indicates a movie that will surely enter the pantheon of Spielberg-style epic moviemaking.
