Indeed, b-roll trailers, featuring short vignettes like this one, have become the norm in marketing animation. Other recent example include “Kung Fu Panda 2,” and “Rio.”

    The first Happy Feet was one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen. And this looks no better. Crappy music, no hint of an improvement over the paper-thin plot of the first, and random meta-whatever garbage. The success of the first just proves that if you wrap a pile of feces in cute animal costumes, people will show up and love it anyway. 0.4 at best.
